FISHING RECIPES 3

Here's some more recipes that I have found along my travel's so here they are. If you have any of you own recipes please send it to the address at the bottom of the page.

FORMULA 8:

Take odd pieces of cut-up fish, clams, lead minnows, crawfish

And eels and put into a loosely covered glass jar.

Leave until it turns to oil.

Mix 1 part oil of anise with 5 parts of the fish oil.

Use on fish bait. Especially attracts bottom-feeding fish.

FORMULA 9:

Combine 2-oz. cod liver oil with 20 drops oil of anise. Mix

Well.

Use on bait. Especially attracts trout.

FORMULA 10:

Combine 1/2 oz. oil of rhodium and 1/2 pint olive oil.

Put a drop or two on fish bait.

Blueberry Boy Bait

ingredients for 8 servings: 2 c Flour 1 1/2 c Sugar 2/3 c Butter 2 ts Baking powder 1 c Milk 2 ea Eggs, separated 1 c Blueberries

Preparation: Mix together flour, sugar, & butter. Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping. To remainder, add salt, baking powder, milk, & egg yolks. Blend well. Beat egg whites until firm; fold into batter and pour into 9" X 11" baking pan. Sprinkle blueberries over top, and then remainder of reserved flour/sugar/butter mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.

.TRADITIONAL

3 PARTS MAIZE MEAL

2 BAKING FLOUR

5 PARTS WATER

PART CUSTARD POWDER

PART SUGAR

Mix dry ingredients except sugar , boil sugar and water ,add dry mix , cook over low heat for 10 minutes . Use enough paste to cover hook .

2.SOETPATAT BROWN BREAD

WATER

LOTS OF HONEY

No cooking ! Mix bread with the same water you are fishing in , add honey . Small Hooks , Big Carp
